A luscious no-bake Chocolate Strawberry Parfait layered with crushed biscuits, creamy vanilla filling, rich melted chocolate, and fresh strawberries. Quick to make, stunning to serve, and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 100g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
  • 40g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150ml heavy cream, whipped
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 810 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Small handful of cornflakes (optional), crushed for topping

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the fridge before starting.
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of each glass. Set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream to create a light vanilla filling.
  4. Add a spoonful of vanilla cream over the biscuit base. Line the sides with strawberry slices. Spoon in the melted chocolate gently over the top layer.
  5. Chill parfaits for at least 30 minutes to set the layers.
  6. Top with extra strawberry slices and crushed cornflakes before serving.

Notes

  • Chill ingredients and glasses for firmer layers.
  • Let chocolate cool slightly before adding to avoid melting the cream.
  • Use piping bags for neater layering if desired.
  • Add toppings just before serving to keep them crisp.
