Creamy Fruit Salad is a delightful mix of fresh fruits coated in a sweet and tangy creamy dressing. It’s perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, or as a refreshing dessert anytime of the year.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to create the dressing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, grapes, bananas, and mandarin oranges.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and gently toss.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the fruit mixture and fold gently to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
