Chilled Banana Fruit is a no-bake layered dessert made with ripe bananas, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and crushed biscuits. Light, creamy, and perfect for warm days or quick sweet cravings.

  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  3. Crush biscuits into coarse crumbs and slice bananas evenly.
  4. In dessert cups, layer crushed biscuits, banana slices, and cream mixture.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
