These Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones are flaky on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside. A shortcut dinner that’s quick, satisfying, and kid-friendly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 equal rectangles.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and garlic powder.
  3. Spoon filling onto one side of each dough piece, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Fold dough over to form a pocket and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and place into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill or seal too loosely — it may leak during cooking.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Serve with extra Alfredo or marinara for dipping.
