Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini or bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherries, peaches, red onion, and feta.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
