- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Open crescent dough and separate into triangles. Line bottom of dish with half the dough, pinching seams to form a crust.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over dough layer.
- Top with remaining crescent dough triangles, sealing seams.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until top is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
