A warm, bubbly dip layered with creamy cheeses, juicy tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. Cheesy Bruschetta Dip brings all the vibrant flavors of classic bruschetta into one irresistible, oven-baked appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese: 8 ounces, softened
  • Sour Cream: ½ cup
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 1½ cups
  • Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup grated
  • Roma Tomatoes: 4 medium, diced and drained
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh Basil: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Baguette or Crostini (for serving): sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ½ cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, and one minced garlic clove in a bowl.
  3. Spread cheese mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, olive oil, remaining garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
  5. Spoon tomato mixture over cheese layer. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with extra basil, and serve warm with crostini.

Notes

  • Drain tomatoes well to prevent a watery dip.
  • Use a mix of cheeses for depth and stretch.
  • Broil at the end for a beautifully golden, bubbly finish.
