Ingredients

  • Granulated Sugar: ¾ cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Sour Cream: ½ cup
  • Brownie Mix: 1 box (plus ingredients listed, e.g., ½ cup melted butter, 1 egg, 2–3 tbsp water)
  • Caramel Sauce: ¾ cup
  • Sea Salt: A pinch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C), line a springform pan with parchment, and wrap in foil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Prepare brownie batter and pour into the lined pan.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Bake brownie base for 20 minutes until just set, then cool slightly.
