Campfire S’mores Latte is a cozy, indulgent drink that combines the rich flavors of espresso and steamed milk with chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbs for a campfire-inspired treat in a cup.

  • 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare espresso or strong brewed coffee and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until steaming (do not boil). Whisk vigorously or use a milk frother to create foam.
  3. Stir chocolate syrup into the hot coffee or espresso until well blended.
  4. Pour the chocolate coffee mixture into a large mug.
  5. Slowly pour in the steamed milk, holding back the foam with a spoon, then spoon foam on top.
  6. Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  7. Optional: Lightly toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch for an authentic campfire flavor.
