These California Turkey Club Wraps bring together all the flavors of a classic club sandwich with a California twist—packed into a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, picnics, or on-the-go meals.

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 8 slices crispy cooked bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds until pliable.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to make a spread.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and spread the mayo-mustard mixture over the surface.
  5. Layer on turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado slices, tomato, and lettuce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice each wrap in half diagonally for serving.
