A festive and addictive sweet-and-salty snack mix featuring popcorn, pretzels, caramel, and colorful candies drizzled with chocolate.

  • 8 cups Popped Popcorn, plain and unsalted
  • 1 cup White Candy Melts
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pastel Chocolate Candies
  • 1 cup Mini Pretzel Twists
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the popped popcorn and mini pretzels together.
  3. Melt the white candy melts in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white coating over the popcorn and pretzels, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the popcorn along with the caramel sauce.
  7. Immediately sprinkle the pastel candies over the wet chocolate so they stick.
  8. Allow the mix to cool and harden for 30 minutes before breaking into pieces.

  • Remove all unpopped kernels before starting to avoid tooth injury.
