Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Lightly oil your baking sheet or pizza stone. Roll or stretch the dough to your preferred thickness.
  4. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
  5. Top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with dressing if desired and garnish with chopped parsley or green onion.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Let dough come to room temp for easier stretching.
  • Don’t overload with sauce to avoid soggy crust.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Broil for the last minute to brown the cheese.
