Brie Cranberry Pull-Apart Bread

Warm, gooey Brie meets sweet-tart cranberry in this festive pull-apart bread — perfect for sharing during the holidays or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

  • Round Sourdough Loaf: 1 medium (8–10 inches)
  • Brie Cheese: 8 ounces
  • Cranberry Sauce: 1 cup
  • Unsalted Butter: 4 tablespoons, melted
  • Fresh Rosemary: 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Melt the butter in a small bowl. Stir in chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Place the round loaf on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Use a serrated knife to slice the loaf both vertically and horizontally, creating a grid. Stuff slices of Brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce into the cuts. Drizzle the rosemary butter over the top.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Bake for 15–20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Finishing Touches: Sprinkle extra fresh rosemary on top after baking.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm and pull apart piece by piece.

Notes

  • Use crusty sourdough or boule for best structure.
  • Freeze Brie briefly for easier slicing.
  • Warm cranberry sauce slightly to make it easier to spread.
  • Don’t cut all the way through the bread.
  • Broil for 2 minutes for a golden finish.
