Creamy, citrusy, and perfectly refreshing, Brazilian Lemonade is a tropical twist on traditional lemonade made with limes and sweetened condensed milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium limes, washed and quartered
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add 2 cups of cold water, quartered limes, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Pulse the mixture 2–3 times for a few seconds each to extract flavor without over-processing.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp and peel bits.
  4. Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water to the strained mixture and stir well.
  5. Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and fresh.

Notes

  • Use thin-skinned limes for the best flavor and minimal bitterness.
  • Do not over-blend, or the drink may become bitter from the peel.
  • Chill your ingredients beforehand for an extra frosty finish.
