Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, 2 pounds
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
- Onion, 1 medium finely chopped
- Garlic cloves, 4 minced
- Ground cumin, 2 teaspoons
- Chili powder, 2 teaspoons
- Smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken broth, 3/4 cup
- Corn or flour tortillas, 12 small
- Fresh cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped
- Crumbled white cheese, 1/2 cup
- Green sauce, 1/2 cup
Instructions
