This Almost Cheesecake is a no-bake, fuss-free dessert that captures all the creamy, fruity, and crunchy magic of classic cheesecake — without the wait.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups Frozen Raspberries (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 6 whole Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon Zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the thawed raspberries with half of the honey or maple syrup. Set aside.
  2. Use clear glasses or dessert cups for serving.
  3. Layer a spoonful of Greek yogurt, followed by raspberry mixture, then crushed graham crackers. Repeat layers.
  4. Finish with graham cracker crumble and a drizzle of honey or lemon zest if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
