Crispy, golden air fryer garlic bread made with fresh or frozen bread, buttery garlic spread, and melted cheese, ready in minutes and perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices French bread or Texas toast
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket if needed.
  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly over each slice of bread and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Arrange the bread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until golden, bubbly, and crisp around the edges.
  7. Remove, rest for 1 minute, then serve warm.

Notes

  • For frozen bread, cook directly from frozen and check early.
  • Avoid overcrowding the basket for even browning.
  • Add cheese halfway through cooking if you prefer a lighter melt.
