- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- Optional: sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for dipping
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Shape into balls.
- Brush each taco bomb with beaten egg.
- Place in an air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
Notes
- Don’t overfill or they may burst while cooking.
- Use pre-cooked shredded chicken or beans for a variation.
- Brush with melted butter after air frying for extra richness.
