Ingredients

  • Apples: 2 large Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, peeled and cut into fry-like sticks
  • Cornstarch: 1/4 cup
  • Eggs: 2 large, beaten
  • Panko Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
  • Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Cooking Spray: As needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Set your air fryer to 375°F and let it heat while you prep the apples.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In one bowl, place cornstarch. In a second, beat the eggs. In a third, mix panko, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

  4. Assemble the Dish: Dredge apple sticks in cornstarch, dip in egg, then coat in the panko-cinnamon mixture.
